If his English is bad...Runaway oo
Yes I said it.
Now there are 'things' that can be 'managed' and 'tolerated' in the opposite sex...
Too loud? Talk about how he could speak less and be 'calmer' not too sure if there's a word like that though
Dresses badly?...Shop for him, vet his outfits before he leaves the house. Be his 'styler'
Broke? ...Look for that seed of greatness, I bet you would find it. Then push him, motivate him into action.
Bad Breath? ...Whew! This one's serious. Take him to visit a dentist, seek medical help if it's not what regular/ proper brushing can fix.
Proud? ... 'Bone' him jorr'. Who does he's think he is? Mtcheew! Next!
You could also pray for that 'demon' called pride' to die, well, if you care that much....
#I'dRatherGoWithTheFirstThough
Selfish? ...Hmmm this one is serious too o! Force his hand jorr and if it doesn't work...Hmmm I dunno o #ThisOneHardPassMe
Flirts? ...He sure doesn't deserve you...Move On o! Don't waste your time here Abeg. This habit is difficult to break oo #WellThat'sWhatIThink
Not caring Enough?...This one's easy. Teach him how to love you. Do so patiently. You will see results #winks
But mehn! If his English is Bad...Runaway oo.
This one doesn't have a solution o! I bet it's already deep down in his blood, genes, nerves, mind, soul and body (ScaryMovie).
This is very very unacceptable to me. Can't cope with the every minute 'Gbagaun' and 'Tiaun'. Geez!
Well please don't get me wrong, I'm not claiming to be an English professor or a grammarian'. What I'm talking about here is 'simple and correct English'. Simple English! Simple English!
But common just think about it? He's cute, dresses well, doing well, fears God, wait for it...the icing on the cake... He speaks very well too! Awww! (I'mInLoveAlready)

Well, I bet it's not so easy to find people with good english these days, and that's one criterion (many people dunno that 'criteria' has a singular form) on which my choice of a wife must be premised, apart from her light skin et des autre choses. And of course, her voice should be sweet enough for pillow talk, else she'll not even find a way into my heart gan. Someone like you should do...#winks#
ReplyDeleteMadam, I know u r nt an english prof. But as a blogger u will hv to work on ur Lexis and Structure very WELL (not 'well' get it?). If u're laying emphasis on words its better to put them in capitals, but when u put 'em in apostrophe it implies u want d reader see another meaning instead. All d same, Nice write up. Hopefully next time u want to talk abt wat u can change in men den prepare us for the moment....I love the way u ended it(the last paragraph)
